Persado, a cognitive content generation platform, announced this week that Ryan Deutsch has been appointed Senior Vice President of Global Customer Success.
In this role he will advance the adoption and growth of Persado’s cognitive content solution on an international scale, building, maintaining and growing strategic relationships with its customers, including Fortune 500 companies, this week’s announcement notes.
Deutsch most recently worked at Sears Holding Corporation, a Persado customer, where he led one of the “largest and most sophisticated digital direct response programs in North America,” this week’s announcement reads.
“As a former client, Ryan is not only an expert in using cognitive content to drive results and revenues, he is a respected leader in data-driven marketing. For these reasons he is the perfect champion for a technology platform that is transforming how brands craft advertising and marketing messages to enable a more personal and emotionally relevant customer experience,” says Greg Dale, the company’s Chief Operating Officer.
We’re told that Deutsch is a 17-year veteran of the digital marketing space.
